Aunt Mamie is scheduled for a craniotomy and tumor resection on Friday, June 26 at 11:00 at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview.  Dr. Fitzgerald anticipates a two-day stay post-operatively.  The hospital's phone number is 903-315-2000.

My husband, Benjie, will be doing her anesthesia and I will also accompany her to the OR for surgery.  Please feel free to call me at any time for questions or updates before/during/after surgery.  I will have my mobile with me in the OR.  My number is 903-987-0085.  If I am unable to answer, please leave a message and I will return your call ASAP.  I will also post updates to my Facebook page and make every attempt to update the Bulah.com page, as well. ** We will send part of the tumor to our Pathologist during surgery to give us an idea about what we are dealing with.  However, the definitive pathological diagnosis will not be received for several days post-op.  Please keep Aunt Mamie in your prayers.**
